Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: August 6, 2026 · Effective date: August 6, 2026
This page lets you exercise choices about your personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy. These choices are available to you regardless of which state you live in.
What you can request
Access. Receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction. Correct personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Deletion. Delete your personal information. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements — for example, clinical records are retained by your provider as required by law, and certain payment and consent records must be kept for legal and audit purposes. We will tell you if part of your request cannot be completed and why.
Marketing emails. Opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by submitting a request here. Service emails about your account and appointments will continue.
Text messages. Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. See our SMS Terms for details.
How to make a request
Email help@dafne.care with your name, the email address on your account, and the request type. We will verify your identity before acting on a request—typically by confirming control of the email on your account—and respond within the time required by applicable law, and in any event within 45 days, extendable where the law permits. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will inform you of the outcome and, where applicable, of your right to contact your state Attorney General. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we will require proof of authorization and verification of your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Your health records
Requests about your health records and other information held by your provider—including access to therapy records, amendments, and restrictions—are handled under the Notice of Privacy Practices. Email hipaa@dafne.care.
Sales, sharing, and browser signals
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing opt-out to exercise. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal where required by law.
Consumer health data
Some states provide specific rights over consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and to have such data deleted. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice for details; requests can be made through the channels above.
